I tried loading profiles from the options Menu, but none of the profiles would load. I then downloaded profiles from FlightSim.com (Wilco Canadair Regional Jet & Wilco 737PIC). I installed the profiles I downloaded. They all appear in FDC options Menu, but I was unable to load the Canadair Regional Jet profiles. When I tried it just hung up and I had to end the process in Task Manager to get out of it. Then I tried loading the Wilco 737PIC Profile. That loaded, then I closed the Options menu and Minimized FDC, then I started FSX, but kept getting a Microsoft Flight Simulator X Error Signature Dialogue Box and a request to send the error report to Microsoft.
I also downloaded and installed the introductory flights and tried loading them, but none of them load. This is frustrating and discouraging; can you help?

Please tell me what version of FDC you are using and if it's the latest version (3.11) then send me an email with one of the Profiles you say you can't load, so I can try it here

I just purchased FDC and updated to version 3.11. I was following the directions in the manual which said to start by opening FDC first. Apparently, this was the cause of the problem. When I tried opening FSX first the problem disappeared and now the FDC profiles work fine.
