Hello! Just purchased this product after several favorable reviews. I have, however, just after activating the software on its first run, gotten the following error. WARNING! Your voice set installation is not complete! Please visit our support forum to report the problem at:- www.ocs-support.co.uk/forums PF3 is unable to continue. We apologise for the inconvenience The only log file I have is 'startup'. Is this sufficient? A few bits of info - Ryzen 7 1800x, this is being installed on a separate ssd with plenty of storage remaining. Any help is appreciated. I have to say - a little frustrating that the initial system check did not go through prier to me activating to begin with, but that's niether here nor there. Thanks for any insight. |

You need to reinstall. No need to uninstall first, just go over the top of the existing installation. Please ensure you run the installer in elevated Admin mode eg. right-click the installer and select 'Run as Admin'. What Antivirus do you use as my guess is that to be the culprit here. All the voice sets are installed by the installer running numerous separate executables and some Anti Virus programs don't like that. Personally I would shut down the AV, install PF3, restart the AV. |

Hi, I am using the built in windows defender in Windows 10 20h2. I can try adding the PF3 directory as an exclusion and then reinstalling. thanks. |
