| I'd like to know if there is any way I can return this product and get my money back? FDC has been nothing but frustration. First time it would not work, I was told to update FSUIPC..I did. Software worked but would not connect to FSX. I was told to re-install FDC...I did and got the original error message regarding FSUIPC. I have been patiently waiting 2 weeks for a response to this and have heard nothing. How disappointing. |

| Avro, Out of curiosity can i ask what version of FDC are you running,latest version is 3.11.0,just in a post you state you are running 3.6 is that correct. FSUIPC latest version i believe you have,you have all the updates for FSX installed SP 1 and 2.. Error 429 was the last error i believe you reported,which i understand is caused by these two not being of the latest version.... |

| I have a boxed FDC and on the disc it says version 3.6. I downloaded the latest version of FSUIPC, but not sure which service packs I have for FSX. |

| Avro, have you tried to update the product to the latest version,you must allow FDC to update,even if it means turning off your firewall to allow access. As for FSX updates,can you check in Control Panel and then Program features and see if Microsoft FSX service pack 2 is listed,be sure to do SP 1 first,then 2 if you haven't done so already, Please let us know how you get on |

| I just checked for the service packs where you suggested but didn't find any listings for them. Guess that means I'll have to download them. I only have low-speed dial-up so that will most likely take a few days! hahaha... Can you send me a link to where I can update FDC? Thanks, Chris. |

| To update FDC you either use the 'Updates' button on the main menu, or use the post above, entitled, 'Having Problems with FDC Auto Updates' |
