OnCourse Software

I just received and installed FDC Live Cockpit. There were no problems during installation. When, however, I tried to start FDC Live Cockpit, the opening screen appears and everything freezes except my mouse cursor. Can someone please help me find a solution to this problem?

I don't know why or how it happened, but as mysteriously as the problem appeared, it has now disappeared and the program works perfectly.
