Not sure if its not responding due to my error in settings using msfs20. but i cant hear any chatter through other ai traffic.
I have real world traffic enabled, and to be sure i see them taxing and departing /arriving, but no communicating to the AI.

Also tried using generated AI instead of real world and no change.
other then that Pf3 atc works great in msfs20 :)

Have you read the 'Known Issues using PF3 with MSFS' document? Two main elements missing from the AI data is Departure and Destination ICAO, so we have no idea where AI traffic is coming from or going to. Equally we have no idea what traffic is at your departure airport.

AI Traffic

PF3 is reliant on FSUIPC and at the time of writing the AI Traffic Tables made available by
FSUIPC are not fully functional. It's worth pointing out this has nothing to do with the FSUIPC
team who continue to do amazing work for the flight sim community.

So what is the problem and how does it affect PF3?

Well, we can still read AI traffic data for your enroute flight and thereby continue to provide
traffic advisories. However, one of the other main uses of the AI Traffic Tables was to
determine which runway was being used at your departure and destination airports and alas,
that data is no longer available. This has been reported to both the FSUIPC team and Asobo
via ZenDesk and we understand the FSUIPC team have reported it also.

Until such time as this issue is resolved we can only determine the active runway by using
current wind direction. Which brings us nicely onto the next issue.

As soon as Asobo fix it it will work and shouldn't need any changes from us.
