I keep getting cannot connect to MSFS2020 error message when clicking CONNECT FS. I have the latest FSUIPC7 installed (demo version). I also tried running PF3_Register.exe as an administrator and waiting longer than 10 seconds to try again. I still keep getting the same error message. |

I installed the PF3_Runtimes but still get the error. The error is: Unable to connect and PF3 will now close! Please try running PF3_Register.exe from the Main PF3 folder. Connect Error Code: -2146232576-240. I have attached the log files and screenshot of the error message. Hope I can get some help with this... |

Very strange. This points to an unregistered DLL And you are definitely running PF3_Register as Admin i.e you right-click and choose 'Run as Administrator'? Does the PFE_Net.TLB file get created with current date/time when you run PF3_Register? You'll find it in the main PF3 folder. Please temporarily rename the PF3_Net.DLL file to XPF3_Net.DLL then run and try to connect PF3 again... is the error message different? Rename the XPFE_Net.DLL back to PFE_Net.dll |

It looks like I have it working... Yes, I do have PFE_Net.tlb in the PF3 folder. I installed the PF3_display_runtimes.exe and DirectX Runtimes from your FAQ. The latter seemed to really fix it. I'm now connecting without errors, but need to get used the interface again. It has been a long time since I've used PF3... |
