0 Flap increments?

I am trying to get FDC to work with C130. It keeps stating that C130 has no flap increments on panel! I have changed settings for unsuported aircraft to show 0 increments, but it just staes. Panel has 0 increments, and FDC has 0 increments. How can i get this to work?
