| After today's update, I cannot load any flight plan from select a Flight Plan option. It keep said 'There was a problem whilst processing this flight plan!' But I've used that fp yesterday! I think it's caused by the update. Would you verify this? Language : Korean O/S : Windows 10 pro I'm using fsx:se but I'm not load the simulation. It's pure pf3 problem. Regards |

| Try downloading/installing the cumulative updates package from this forum to see if that fixes the issue |

| No, It still has the problem. All flight plan does not load properly with the 'Select a Flight Plan' mode. Just error message. my version Version 3.9.0 - Updates checked 19-09-19 02:12 Apply update using forum's update file but no lock. (same error message) But All flight plan is not loaded properly. Remove and reinstall will fix this problem? |

| Ok. I ziped all FPP folder and attached it. Anyway, I will try to reinstall everything. I will report the status after reinstall. Thank you. |

| Status Report After reinstall everything. Version 3.0.0 Flight Plan Loading no problem. Apply update (I used PF3_Cumulative_Update from this forum) Version 3.9.0 Cannot load any Flight Plan. I think there's something wrong about reading and parsing flight plan of your pf3 at 3.9.0 Verify and fix it asap please. And I'm also programmer (main is C++) If you need any log or any data, ask it freely. I mean, you don't need to explain everything. Thank you. |

| That flight plan loads no problem here. Try changing your Windows settings to UK to see if that does cure the problem. It is obviously system related because 3.9 has been available for quite some time. |

Sitrep. Changing system locale to UK and it works. But as you may know, changing system locale is not a solution or a cure. You need to make sure all other locale system runs your program without any problem. I've read your update history and I think your 'tab support for flight plan fix' caused this problem. Change your system locale to 'korean' and debug your program will found the bug easily. Thanks for your great program and I want to use it as soon as possible. Regards ihopi |

| sitrep updated. I've tested some sample and found the problem. When I saved the flight plan file's encoding 'UTF-8 + BOM', pf3 cannot recognize it with error. With encoding 'ASCII', pf3 can read the flight plane without error. (w/ locale korean) So, it's the 'UNICODE' support problem. Hope this helps you guys. |
