Secondly..in any e-mails was there a link to download,as long as you can provide proof of purchase contact the merchant.
Thirdly...send an e-mail to support providing all information when you purchased it,if all else fails.

| Somehow the New Volume (J:) where FSX and all FSX add ons where stored was wiped clean. I am now in the process of reinstalling everything but cannot find the PF3-ATC add-on Which I purchased two weeks ago. any help or advice will be appreciated. Regards Ray |

| First of all a lesson is learnt here...make a backup of any purchases to an external source.
