Hello

Im running Vista, and have encountered above problem after installing FDC. Im not quite pleased, because the flightlog ind FDC only count the hours, without any details of the trip.
Is there a way around, to use the FSX logbook and running FDC ?.

I think this is purely coincidence only and nothing to do with installing or using FDC. The MSFS log book can very easily be corrupted especially if you make manual entries to the logbook as well. There are tools out there that can repair the logbook in many cases, or at least remove the corrupt entries and get it working again.

If you want to get a decent log book that does far more than the MSFS log then I recommend that you look at something like FS Flight Keeper version 3.

FDC doesn't do anything at all with the MS flight log.
