| Today when i went to start PF3 the icon on both the start and taskbar were blank and Windows said the program file was gone. I searched the folder and cannot find the execute file. I downloaded the last update to repair the installation but without the execute file it won't update it just says where is the original installation folder. I went to uninstall so I could start over but it wants me to deactivate the program first but I can't because I can't start the program. Help Doug |

| never mind. This morning Norton decided that pf3.exe was a dangerous file. Thanks |

| Best to exclude PF3 exe or PF3 folder from your AV, otherwise you could have further issues. |
