| Hello, Yesterday I bought the license for PF3 from you and installed the program on G: \\ X-Plane. I use X-Plane11 on specified path. If I now start the program under "admin" and would like to load a flight plan, which I put on C: \\ Flight \ FPP, as shown in the screenshot comes an error message !!!! Have also already scared, the flight plan on G: \\ PF3 \ Flight store and load from there, but that does not work !!!! Ask for help on how to load a timetable so the program will work properly. If you need more detail on my problem, I ask for feedback. Thank you in advance for your efforts Regards Guidschi |

| Did you try my suggestion via email about trying UK Windows Regional settings to see if it fixes the flight plan load issue? |

| Hello Dave, I tried it as you suggested. Unfortunately, I get the same error message in English that some file is locked !!!! Strangely, it worked once yesterday. Then it was over !!!!! I would be very happy if we get the problem under control, so I can use the program properly. Greeting |

| So I do not know why, but at the moment it seems like the flight schedules are loaded. Unfortunately, there is another problem. If the corresponding frequencies in COM 1 set to receive the messages from the program is not doing anything !!!!! uss except the frequency in addition to somehow contact with ATC record to receive announcements? Regarding the flight plans, I will test it more often in the next few days, if the error occurs again! Could it be that this triggered the waiter, because I put the tick, that the message, the 1 Waypoint is too close? I will also test it more closely. Greeting Guidschi |

Please attach your debug_log from the PF3\Logs folder so we can see what is happening |

| If reporting a problem and possible bug PLEASE ensure you include all the files from your product's LOGS folder. These MUST be zipped and attached to your post. To do this you simply select 'Choose file' from the bottom left of the forum page when creating a post and then select 'Add the file' to complete the attachment. We feel this new procedure is necessary to make it easier for us to keep track of problems raised and to also ensure none get missed (perhaps by ending up in our junk mail) and also for keeping all log files readily available for each report. We sincerely hope this does not prove inconvenient to you in any way and would like to take this opportunity to ensure you of our ongoing commitment in fully supporting our products |
