I hv a flight planner and want to know exactly where in Emulator do I send the files to.

Tim,
when you created your flight plans with your flight planner, provided you set it up correctly they goto your Flight Simulator Files folder.....FS9 or FSX,in FS Build you have to set it up in the options(path etc)

When you installed PFE,somewhere in the installation process (towards the very end) you would have been asked for the "source folder"basically where your FP's reside,so you should have pointed to your FS flightplans folder...C:\Documents\Flight Simulator X Files assuming thats where they are...

Then you would have been asked to locate the "Pilots folder" which is in PF2000,again this should have been done on initial setup.....PFE should have asked you for this information, hope this helps

Oh but I hate to be a bugger. You say this shold hv all ben done on setup.When I install how can I (when asked) locate the pilots folder when I'm installing and don't know where it is yet?Tim

No need to reinstall.... just select Convert FP's from the main menu then select Change Dest and Change Target to browse to the relevant folders

ya So far I got to Target & dest areas.
at the bottom it wants me to write something in there.Do I?





Now.........just to clarify I'm understanding right

Source is Flight Simulator X files in documents
Target is pilots folder

The only thing is where I'm hvg problems Dave is Documents is in my library whether that changes the path I don't know
