| Can you please reactivate my authorization. I purchased this program in March of 2017. I may have fiddled with it briefly after I purchased it. But I have a new computer and I would like to be able to pass the 13 authorizations to install PFE now without having to be locked out for the next 300 days. | John...for your info when you decide to buy another computer, de-activate your licence first and when you come to re-install on same PC or another one, you won't have to ask for it to be reset. |
