Secondly you really need to revisit your backup procedures because if you only have one copy of something you don't have a backup!

| Hi, Hard drive failure has resulted in the loss of my download files, serial numbers, etc. Can I retrieve my copy of PF3 somehow? I do have original activation details. Thanks, Jim |

| Well we don't off a backup service so firstly you would need to email me direct, which I see you did and I have replied. Secondly you really need to revisit your backup procedures because if you only have one copy of something you don't have a backup! |
