| Guys I just purchased this software and I received the download link in my email I download it with issue but the zip file is empty 0 bytes I sent an email to the contact given in the email but the response said it was on my end. I have tried to download this same file on three different browsers and even tried with a different computer but every time it downloads an empty zip file. Has anyone else encountered this? Thank You |

| Do you have all antivirus products turned off during the download? I only ask because every time I tried to download the installer the download would fail until I turned off my antivirus. |

| Also did your internet break connection this would also affect downloading. As Dan said you may need to turn off all AV inc windows defender if that's running silently in the background. |
