Post subject:  Atis problem at NZWN
Hi,

During my last flight (NZWN-YMLT), at NZWN the Atis was displayed but there was no voice, the ATC log displayed the Atis text...

When I asked for clearance, the Center gave me the clearance by voice (fine) but the text displayed in ATC log window was again the Atis text !?

Of course I disconnected and connected PF3 3 or 4 times but the glitch was repeated.

Anyway, after to have contacted ground then tower, things was back to normal and I was able to continue my flight.

This is the first time I've encountered this problem in PF3.

Note that the flight is not finished, it is normal I count the finished later with the Resume last flight option.

You have 122.0 as ATIS frequency for NZWN (I have 126.9)
We both have 121.9 for Ground and Clearance frequency.
But then this happened:

NZWN - Clr changed from 121.9 to 122 due to facility duplicates!
It seems ATIS frequencies are not considered when checking for duplicates.

Please try setting a different frequency for Clearance in PF3's Options #2.

P.S.: I just filed a bug report for this.

Yes, if you set a new frequency for an existing facility, it should be fine. But please tell us if it works :)

Yes, if you set a new frequency for an existing facility, it should be fine. But please tell us if it works :)
Changed Clearance frequency to 121.95 and...Tadaaa...Working ! 8-)
