So i tried another flight to see how pf3 would do if i skipped some (maybe one or two) waypoints and included in the flightplan waypoints close to one another.

When I missed the waypoints I was told you're off course but never got vectored back.Other requests were met with "unable at this time"..

And it seems you included the SID waypoints without marking them as part of the SID, but they were close enough to PF3's vectoring that this did not cause problems.

Yes, you missed the waypoints, but PF3 recovered:
23/04/2017 12:03:33: 460 - Dist to Waypoint #7 31.93633 miles - Dist to Waypoint #8 31.80801 miles
23/04/2017 12:03:33: 460 - User must have bypassed Waypoint #7 - Jump to next Waypoint!

23/04/2017 12:03:38: 490 - Dist to Waypoint #8 32.10666 miles - Dist to Waypoint #9 14.80451 miles
23/04/2017 12:03:38: 490 - User must have bypassed Waypoint #8 - Jump to next Waypoint!
Later you were close enough to the planned route that PF3 started the approach phase. At this point you can no longer request vectors on your own and you get "unable at this time".

PF3 recovered ? Not sure. pf3 just told me I was off course but it did not vector me back.so I would not call it recover.

Edit: Thanks I did not know once on approach you're on your own. Good to know. btw I thought pf3 would vector me back to the fly path or give me some sort of vector and not just tell me that I'm off course.
