PF3 Will not Take FSUIPC 3.9.0

Post subject:  PF3 Will not Take FSUIPC 3.9.0
I'm having a slew of problems with the CS 757 that can be all cured with FSUIPC 3.9.0 (Current version 3.999)

OK so I put in 3.9.0 as advised...

But now...PF3 and FDC both won't take 3.9.0

What to do!!!

Why, what message are you getting? They should both work just fine with that version

They do work until I enter the FSUIPC registration...Then I get this error.(attached)

PF3 doesn't know anything about FSUIPC registrations and all we're doing is displaying the error message returned from FSUIPC when we execute the FSUIPC_OPEN command... in this instance it's FSUIPC_ERR_VERSION

You might need to ask Pete Dowson about this

Don't listen to people instructing you to downgrade FSUIPC :)

Edit: I just found http://www.captainsim.org/cgi-bin/yabb2 ... 4315/51#51 which states the exact opposite:

My version of FSUIPC is 3.999z9b so 3.9 is very old!

But CS said to rename the DLL to FSUIPC off...Which I did...and somehow FDC and PF3 both still load???

I'll take it for now...whether it fixes the 757 CTD or not...I'll let you know...Thanks again

http://www.schiratti.com/dowson.html the latest FS9 FSUIPC is on this page. Are you having FSUIPC registration issues?
