Post subject:  Update download fails

I can't download the 3.3 update via the update tool. -- it's detected, the download window pops up briefly once I confirm the update, then it disappears.

The upgrade log shows the download failing:

I also get an empty pf3_updates13.zip file in my Updates directory. However, I can manually download http://www.ocs-support.co.uk/pf3_update ... ates13.zip just fine. I grabbed that and copied it into the Updates directory, then attempted to update again and it worked.

So, I'm upgraded the hard way now, just figured I'd report the issue.

You are not alone...same happened to me last night with same results as you...and I did the same!

Tower updated okay, just my laptop that had everything reinstalled recently that was troublesome.
