Taxi audio guidance not working

Maybe a stupid question and probably i have overseen something, but once FSUIPC Window pops up with the message TGS is active, do i have to press a hotkey to make this VCP, telling me go right, go left etc?

OK Update!

I got it working now after installing PF3 fresh again, and with no changes on any settings!
I installed to the given Location from the installer, which i firstly did not! Cause Avira had many Quarantine Entries!
With the installation i turned Avira off!
Now i will make all changes again, and build back scenery DB and everything which is documented and see if it still will work!
