It sounds like you was asking FDC's profile to go beyond it's boundaries...it reads the profile in FDC and then reads your aircraft.cfg and if the two don't match it will in turn let you know...
If you was "overweight" and I don't mean this personally, i'm surprised you managed to take-off...
I had a similar issue with a recent purchase of there 767...my aircraft was veering off course due to a setting in fsuipc, until I reset it to the default values and it corrected itself!

but why ctd so late in the flight?...shouldnt i get a warning when i save the file or connect?

what event triggered the crash?

thats small patatoes and can be fixed in flight...but a ctd late in the simulation really ruins the day...as im sure we all know... :o

i was heavy but still below TO weight...and FDC called VR perfectly...i used up a lot of runway but she was trimmed right...the CS 757-300 is quite a beast!

But...its important to understand that the FDC error came deep into a flight, not at "connect"...and this profile has been reliable in the past...
If this is the case then something in your system upset FDC/FSUIPC...have you done something that could have contributed to this happening??

The failure came in cruise with AP set, level, and straight...i did nothing!...but adjusting the incorrect weights seems to have fixed it...i did the same flight over again after the corrections and all was good...i was hoping that there was something in the log to indicate what event directly preceded the crash...
