Hi,

I purchased PF3 this morning but when I click the link to download the installer, the download starts but fails at around 900Mb.

I've tried 2 different PC and also a different un-associated network and the same happens every time!

Please can you investigate.

The same thing is happening to me. I purchased this evening, got the link e-mail and the network connection fails after a little while. I tried using Free Download Manager since it has auto-reconnect and resume and it completed the download after about an hour.. but as I feared, the ZIP file is corrupted. The most common error I get is Connection Reset by Network Server when looking at the error log in Free Download Manager. I throughly enjoyed the demo and really wanted to get my first full flight in with the full version of this tonight but looks like it will have to wait till sunday. I would like to get this downloaded before the link expires in 24 hours. Whatever you need from me let me know and I'll gladly provide it. Thanks for the help.

There was a DDos attack yesterday that affected quite a lot of stuff in general in terms of "unable to connect". For example I couldn't get a weather download from vatsim until the evening. so that might be part of the problem.

I had to disable my antivirus during the download or the download would fail. This happened several times, and when I disabled the antivirus the download completed without problems.
