| Hi I have just purchased this program but having done so, the download is so slow! It tates it is going to take over 8hrs to complete even though I have a >60mb connection! Are there any alternative download sources as I'm sat here want ot use it but cant many thanks Mark |

| If it's taking that long you need to disconnect or shut down your PC, something is either writing to your PC or it's your Internet Service Provider maybe doing updates to the server etc. Generally it doesn't take that long to download....only mins not hours. They may also be slowing down usage to users too... |

| Hi Thanks for the reply I'm getting 66mb sec download speed at present. All other downloads I try are ok, its juts from this retailer - I think there must be an issue with their servers or they are throttling the download. Very frustrating as my only opportunity for quite a while of using the flightsim, is tonight. Any other sources? Mark |

| Not as i'm aware of,you may want to try again later when certain parts of the world are asleep. I feel your frustration when things like this don't go to plan as it's happened to me in the past but unfortunately i can't help you get it any faster...sorry! |

| Just tried to download on a second computer - same. currently 10hours 10minutes to download Like I say, not a download issue this end, it must be with the provider Mark EDIT: Not a good first impression. Having spent over £40 for the product, I'm really frustrated I cannot use it tonight. Will someone from OnCourse take this up with the myCommerce site? Poor service by them reflects on onCourse |

| You could contact the provider thus being DR who you purchased it from and see if there's an issue. Edit..click on purchase link from our site and then click on MyCommerce, this will take you to the homepage and scroll down to contact sales,only you can do this as it want's credit card and purchase details. |

| Unfortunately i cannot do anything as it's Dave March who can have more direct approach with them,if he comes on later as it's currently 2203hrs here in the UK. I'll pass on your complaint to him. |

| Thanks I'm aware the issue isn't directly related to the product or the on-course website so please be aware my persistence is just down to real frustration. It is annoying that a good product like this can be influenced by services provided by a third party such as MyCommerce. I see they offer 24/7 customer service but I'm guessing they must be on a tea break  |
