Judging from your signature It's clear that you are trying to fly the a/c from the rear galley so that may be your problem!

Are you using SIDs/STARs and are they checked in your fpl adjustment page? Unchecking the ST should allow vectors to final.
Recreate the flight again and if the problem persists att ach a log to your next post. If everything is fine then post that too so others can see how you fixed it.
