After achieving a first height defined by ATC on earth, need to press "roger"?

Depends on what settings you have VCP on Auto or Manual (1-4) check the manual for further info.

But the ATC must give the heights of the climb?

Once you have reached your initial altitude given by ATC for example FL110, you should then be given further altitudes to your cruise altitude, now as I said what setting do you have, is it 1 where you manually Roger everything and change comms etc or 4 where everything is done for you as you haven't answered to my earlier response

That is, in manual mode for continue of climb you need to press 1? After that should come the next team on the climb?
