| Hello, I have a big problem with pfe. The program quits after a few minutes, communication doesn't work propperly. e.g. I start at the gate, connect pfe to fs and then contact clearence ("0" key). Clearence gives me the clearence for the flight, my voice reads back clearence and then two things can happen: 1. when I chose "auto-Copilot", Clearence advises me to contact ground 2. If I don't use "auto-Copilot" nothing happens no advice from clearence etc. If I hit the "0" key again, same thing happens and after my readback pfe closes (without any error message) when chosing the auto-copilot, I select ground frequency and cal for push & start. Ground approves push & start but during pushback pfe also quits suddenly (again with no comment). I have a clean installation with latest update without the expansion pack on a windowsx XP system with FS 9. Auto-tune doesn't work because I use the Opencockpits multiradio, so I have to tune the frequencies on my own (but I also tried auto-tune after disconecting multiradio - same problems). | Hello, sorry to hear you are having problems,sounds like it hasn't installed correctly. Okay,i suggest uninstalling it and deleting any folders it leaves behind after you have ran the uninstaller. Reinstall,but turn off any Spyware and Anti Virus software you maybe running.. Did you follow all the on-screen prompts in the correct order,also after installing it did you re-boot your PC(if not done so already) You ran makerwys and followed the instructions in rebuilding the database,again re-boot your PC. I have XP with FS2004 and don't have any problems,i can assure you this programme is usable |

| Hello, thank you for your help. Unfortunately I canot zip all the data now, I can do tghis on firday. @ Dave: I did several reinstallations, always did a reboot but - to be honest - I never turned of my antivir software (free av) I will do this on friday and then report, if anything has changed.. greetings. stubenflieger |

| Thanks for sending the logs. Unfortunately there's nothing more I can do to help as we do not support anything other than the latest version, which is 2.11.1 and you are still running version 2.6.0 |

| that is strange. I bought the delux version at aerosoft download shop last saturday and did an autoupdate I will try to update. thank you greetings stubenflieger |
