| Hello, I am attempting to install the 'Accumulative Update' for my PFE. As soon as the download starts to work I get the following message "unable to find the PFEAccum1.exe Installation in the Updates Folder" Hence I can't continue with the update....... Does any one out there know what this means, or how to resolve it? or Am I doing something wrong. Thanks in advance for any help Ianzee |

| Hi, I'm a little confused because you say 'when the download starts' you get an error message. Please try to explain exactly what you've done and how you're trying to complete the install. |

| Hello, Thanks for your prompt reply. Ok, This is the sequence of events:- I download the ‘PFE accumulative update’ Then I open the download, According to the ‘Installations instructions’ information box it says “ Copy the above two files into the \PFE\Updates folder. This I do. I double click the Installer file & a “PFE Accumulative Updates Installer” Box appears I then click on “ Install Updates: A yes/no box appears, I click yes A 2nd Yes / No box appears I click Yes, This then brings up the error message :- "unable to find the PFEAccum1.exe Installation in the Updates Folder" I can’t get any further. Hope this is clearer. Thanks again Ianzee. |

| At that point can you see the PFEAccum1.exe in the PFE\Updates folder or in the main PFE folder? |

| Hi, Alas, No, I have searched throughout all the PFE files & elsewhere - that file is nowhere to be found - It doesn't seem to exist on my system. Thanks Ianzee |

| Have you installed PFE into the Program Files folder? |

| Hi, Yes, PFE Is installed in - Program Files (x86)/ aeroSOFT /PFE Thanks |

| That's probably the reason why you are having problems,never install into C:\Program files (see topic about not installing into C\Program Files) Install just into "c" drive and let it create it's own folder, Hope this now solves your issues. |
