| Hi Dave, I bought a new computer with WIN 8.1 and i am having trouble getting PF to work. When i connect to flight sim, it says it's having a problem and needs to disconnect but, doesn't say why. I notice that the only option available in the menu os X pack and can't be changed, even though i haven't installed it yet...which leads to my next question. I must be having a senior moment because i can't remember which file within PFE to point the installer to. Here is a report from one of the logs re discontenting. 11/15/2014 6:44:27 PM: 000 - Turn Connection flag ON 11/15/2014 6:44:28 PM: 270 - FS Screen : PFE Initialising... 11/15/2014 6:44:29 PM: 280 - FS Screen : ****** PFE has a problem and will disconnect! ****** 11/15/2014 6:56:26 PM: 790 - Unable to access Kneeboard file due to a path error (see next entry) 11/15/2014 6:56:26 PM: 790 - Path used: 11/15/2014 6:56:26 PM: 790 - PF Loop Exited due to FS Disconnected! 11/15/2014 6:56:26 PM: 790 - ****** PFE Disconnected from FS 11/15/2014 6:56:26 PM: 790 - Turn Connection flag OFF 11/15/2014 6:56:26 PM: 790 - Err 53 at Loc: 0 Thanks in anticipation of your help. |

| C Drive and it generated it's own PFE file. I rebuilt scenery data base and that seems to have fixed it. Also, installed new voice set and now can use all voices so, looks like i'm good to go. Haven't done a flight yet. Thanks for your reply. |
