When I'm flying I expect sometimes to be handed over from one center to another. But this doesn't always seem to happen. For example flying from Italian airspace into Austrian airspace (a flightplan from LIMZ to LOWI) I would expect to be handed over from Padova control to someone else. What triggers the handover? Every time I do this particular fpl it is handled by Padova control until contact is made with Innsbruck tower. |

If you use the displayer, you can see what centers you are going to contact on your route with frequencies. Alternatively, you can find them in the fs2000/adv folders in text file. |

All control centre information co-ordinates are taken from the original PF2000 database. I tried to find a source for such data during PFE development with a view to being able to update and correct any anomalies, unfortunately I was unsuccessful so we have what we have. |

Thanks Guys, To Dave, Is there a file which I can look up showing me the center coordinates so that I can plan my route a little more authentically? |

Blimey!! Just had a quick look and I 'think' the data is in the file PF_CTR.PF2 which is in the PF2000\Data folder. You can't open or edit it with notepad as it's a binary file. The structure of which, if I still have it, would need some searching for. |
