| All, If you download any 3rd Party files ie:- Profiles etc for use in FDC,we cannot offer support for those files in which you encounter an error. If you run into problems with said file you MUST contact the author involved,not support (all contact details are usually found within the zip file,if not it's probably a dodgy zip file and should be deleted) We will offer support if it's a global problem with FDC and will endevour to help you where possible, as most of you have found out and we have sorted most problems swiftly.
