Can someone recommend a flight planner that includes a moving map for PFE-FSX please.

I am very happy with AivlaSoft EFB, here is my "checklist" for using it with PFE:
- start EFB
- start PFE
- for an existing flight plan:
  - EFB:
    - select and activate flight plan
  - PFE:
    - Select Last ADV or Select New ADV (pf2000*) -> Load
    - Connect to FS
- for a new flight plan:
  - EFB:
    - create and activate flight plan
      (creates two .pln files in My Documents/Flight Simulator X Files)
  - PFE:
    - FSX FPlan Converter -> select EFB*.pln -> Convert FS FP to PF2000
      (creates pln file in Aerosoft/PFE/FS2000/Pilots)
    - Start ProFlight 2000 -> Select FLT (PFE_EFB*.pln) -> OK
      -> Cruise Altitude (same as in EFB)
      -> Select Spec (Cessna 337: 125/1250/1500) -> OK
      -> Compile -> Continue
      -> (optionally) Change Altitude Assignments for Waypoints
      -> OK (wait) -> OK -> EXIT
    - (optionally) Adjust FS FP for PF2000 -> select pf2000*.gps
    - Close -> Select New ADV (pf2000*) -> Load
    - (optionally) Adjust Waypoint Altitudes, SIDs and STARs
    - Connect to FS
- EFB: select depature airport (ground)
Before that I have used FS Commander 9, which works with PFE, too, but my recommendation is EFB.

Merry Christmas,
Thomas

I asked the same question on AVSIM. The thread is here; it may give you some information.
