No controller me the beginning of the descent to the destination how to solve this situation!!?

What did you do prior to get no controller voice commands?

Please give more info as to the problem rather than vague questions thank you.

good day
  I made a flight to LPPR LPFR fl30000 level-d ifr plan.
atis contacted later contacted tower gave me the clue 17 exit, exit smoothly gave me the frequency of departure continued to climb gave me lisbon center frequency and then continue so until the level of flight, as always without problems is that the pfe 2000 does not tell me to go down to the target!!
he says automatically or have to ask for the descent?

Something isn't right with your plan,please see my tutorial about flight planning to see if what you are doing is the same as my tutorial.

If the plan is correct,you will get descent instructions about 110nm out from your destination airport,you should not need to ask for descent.

Maisum flight testing and the same situation I have no indication for descent to the airport here are the most important images to solve the frustrating problem ...

Here in this picture because one doubts that flight altitudes are not equal to the flight plan created by fsbuild!? have to manually place ...!!

I think I did everything right!!? Please help to resolve this issue it is very frustrating

I had to see the forum and many people had trouble lowering the atc not of any indication to go down and mostly not been solved if there is no solution to this problem I have serreimbursement.
I expect a solution of admistration

Ok,let me say that we have lots of satisfied people using our product and very little issues,mostly are deemed "user" error....by not reading the manual or watching tutorials and where are there lots of people on here with issues?
Now i appreciate sometimes "windows" can throw a spanner into the works with updates which can be annoying.
Back to your issue,i use FS Build and have created loads of plans with no issues at all,so have you setup FS Build correctly as per instructions in FS Build,also have you setup PFE correctly...
I have re-created your plan and have done it successfully with no issues.
So in FS Build have you got Sids/Stars checked in options,if so uncheck it.
