| Hi. Im new in this world and i'm trying to install FDC synchronized with my fsx. I didn't have any problem installing it. But when i'm going to play and my aircraft is ready to go it says "you can't connect fs until you enter the cockpit" and then it says "please select fly now and try again". The default airport is always DGTK. I've installed the program in the C:// folder by the way. Could yo help me out? How do I do to configurate properly the program? The version is 3.8.3 an FSUIPC is 4.2. Thank you Sergio Pulgarin |

| Hi Sorry to hear you're having problems with our software. Please download and instal the latest cumulative updates package from our support forum, when installing please ensure you stop ALL other programs, especially your anti virus and any other security type programs you might have. If you're running Windows Vista or later do NOT instal into the default "c:/program files" folder, because Windows regards that as a protected area and will prevent certain files being written and/or updated. I appreciate the installer defaults to that location but the publisher wrote the instal script long before Vista hit the shelves Hope that helps Sent from my Dumbphone |

| Also make sure your FSUIPC is of latest version (4.9) |
