| After installing EZDOC my sayagain window does not display any text. When I load PFE it pops up like it is supposed to but I do not get any of the atc information printed. Before installing EZdoc it worked perfectly. I have uninstalled EZdoc and ran CClean to clean the registry of any remnants. I am emailing you the log file with the latest flight. The sayagain window was open the whole time on the 2nd screen on my gaming computer which is where PFE is located. Appreciate any help. Thank you Lynn Fisher |

| Dave, I replied to the email you sent and included the correct log files to look at and see if you can tell me what I need to do to fix the sayagain screen. Thank you for your help. Lynn Fisher |

| Yes I have received them thanks but we've been without broadband since 6th April with no date for a fix, so I'm finding it hard with log files, etc, on my phone. But I do have them. Sent from my Dumbphone |

| Hi Lynn, Is you closed captions feature still working. i.e. can you see atc trx? |

| Dave, Sorry it took so long to respond, Life intervened. I have closed captions on. What I get is the FSUIPC display only. I get that each time I should. I do not get the closed caption text. Thank you, Lynn Fisher |
