PFE Start error

Post subject:  PFE Start error
I have just purchased PFE De-Luxe and receive the following:
"Start up failed with'Main' error 339. Component MSWINDSCK.OCX or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid at 260"
I have been to the OnCourseSoftware forum where re installing helped another member. However I have tried four times now and still receive the same error. (Win 7, 32bit and installed on drive E:).

Can anyone help please?

Please download and instal the latest cumulative updates package from our support forum, when installing please ensure you stop ALL other programs, especially your anti virus and any other security type programs you might have.

If you're running Windows Vista or later do NOT instal into the default "c:/program files" folder, because Windows regards that as a protected area and well prevent certain files being written and/or updated. I appreciate the installer defaults to that location but the publisher wrote the instal script long before Vista hit the shelves.
