Has it always done this since you installed it or was it working before? |

Yes, done this since I've installed. The aircraft is LevelD. When I run driver cockpitsonic (throttle) FDC doesn't work. |

Ok, can you temporary disable this piece of hardware(Cockpitsonic) and try FDC again with Leveld's 767,using a joystick if you have one. let us know how it gets on,any error messages etc |

I have disabled throttle Cockpitsonic and connect other throttle, the program work well. When run driver throttle Cockpitsonic the program doesn't work. What can I do? I have installed more add-on and don't have any problem. Thanks Eva |

You will also need to contact support at Cockpitsonic, because obviously there is conflict and if Cockpitsonic uses FSUIPC then you will need to contact Pete Dowson at http://www.schiratti.com/dowson and see if he can suggest anything, |

Make sure that any software (exe) that comes with the throttle is run with the option 'run as administrator' if your operating system is Windows Vista, this must be the case for all programs that are connecting to FSX, including FSX itself and FDC etc. All you have to do is right click on the shortcut (icon) to the programs and select the 'run as administrator' option from there. If you are not using Vista or Windows 7 then this isn't necessary. It may not be this that's causing an issue but it is worth a try. |

Pete Dowson says: Not without knowing why FDC crashes! If a program crashes, the only people who can say why are the people who wrote the program, or at least those who have the code to debug such a crash. I would love to help, but the FDC folks must first identify why their program crashes. Evidently it isn't checking something correctly, something which is manifestly a possibility! |
