| Hi, Please help. I have just been reinstalling my whole FS9 setup onto Windows7 x64 Ultimate. I have installed FS9.1 and FSUIPC 3.999I (registered) as well as most of the add-ons that I was using previously. I cannot, however, seem to get FDC to connect. At first I got a load of errors relating to DirectX but a reinstall and the use of the cumulative update tool (with AV etc all off) solved that fine. FDC now reports version 3.14.0. I wondered if there was actually a problem with the log files in the black box so I deleted them. THen I got a "Not enough Hotkey Slots" error instead. On restarting FS I was always back to the UpdateBlackBox overflow problem. I have seen it mentioned in the forum but I didn't see any conclusive information on how to fix it. What do I do so that I can start using FDC again please? Notes: UAC is turned off, FS and FDC are not installed in the Program Files directiories. | Hi Geoff, try another flight using default aircraft from stock,it may be the profile thats causing issue here.. |

| Worked for the default B734 so then just rebuilt my custom profile starting from there. Now all fine, original profile must have gone wonky in the transfer somehow! Thanks very much. Geoff |
