This looks strange. The waypoint altitudes are low enough, but no clearance below FL210, even if the waypoint altitudes and step descent information look good.

I don't know if this is related, but despite only having one XXX waypoint, there are two hand-offs to (unnamed) Control and Paris Control close together:

Hi ThomasAH,

Yes I remember that issue, I checked in with the first control 118.65 and got no answer, I went back to my last frequency and then was given Paris control 118.25. I checked in and was responded to, after that I never got to much from them.

I had a lot of hand offs too but checking the json file explained why.
After MODRU the fpl enters Dutch airspace. Leaving it again after NAVAK to cross into Belgian airspace.
Then after DIK22 it crosses briefly into German airspace. Then there's a gap between German and French airspace. Where it enters French airspace is the XXX in the plan.
I'll have a go later at re-generating the fpl to see if it tallies. Strictly speaking everything is under Euro-control. So crossing so many borders wouldn't be an issue. But it might be a fpl generation quirk.
Although I had many hand-offs they were all correct and ATC had no problem descending me.
