the debuglog level could be set to zero by default when you delete the PFE_ini.file . in my case because the adv path was wrong. so when pfe restarts and create a new one maybe the debuglog level is set to zero by default..

Be careful setting it to '9' because it will create very LARGE debug files. I would suggest '5'

Yes you are correct in saying it is set to zero by default if you delete the INI file. I will add that to the instructions for the INI file issue
