Could you just try to convert the .pln I posted so I know the problem lies with FSbuild or with PFE. Thanks

I tried to convert it and it's not possible. It seems that PFE is unable to recognize this file format.

@Squishy problem lies with FS Build.

@Sawydz It does convert and it is possible,PFE does recognize this file format

All i can say is something is corrupting your conversions,maybe an update i don't know,without physically going into your machines we cannot see where the problem lies,this is where you both need to do some detective work ie: try another flight and if that works,go back and see where it possibly went wrong...

Well, I haven't changed any settings in FSbuild. Only disable SID/STAR.
If you click in the .PLN it will open in your browser (text).. how does it differ from yours?

How come you have more waypoints in your plan than the one i have just created with FS Build and FSC ?

[flightplan]
title=TNCC to TNCM
description=TNCC, TNCM
type=IFR
routetype=3
cruising_altitude=37000
departure_id=TNCC, N12* 11.21', W068* 57.33',+000029.00
departure_position=11
destination_id=TNCM, N18* 02.27', W063* 06.33',+000013.00
departure_name=CURACAO_HATO
destination_name=PRINCESS_JULIANA_INTL
waypoint.0=TNCC, A, N12* 11.21', W068* 57.33', +000000.00,
waypoint.1=LUCAS, I, N13* 18.11', W067* 53.08', +000000.00, UA516
waypoint.2=ACORA, I, N13* 39.24', W067* 30.00', +000000.00, UA516
waypoint.3=SILVA, I, N14* 26.59', W066* 42.00', +000000.00, UG432
waypoint.4=ARMUR, I, N15* 32.35', W066* 38.06', +000000.00, G432
waypoint.5=CRSTL, I, N16* 17.55', W066* 34.41', +000000.00,
waypoint.6=TNCM, A, N18* 02.27', W063* 06.33', +000000.00,

This is the one i have just created,this time i got message about adjustments necessary,however the one previous i changed the altitude to 31000 and said it was ok,no adjustments needed..

I use FSC 8.6 for my flightplanning as i find it's alot easier to use (my opinion)

So...if this is of no use to you then i suggest firing off e-mail to Ernie Alston and see where you go from there..

One last thing...i have done loads of flightplans,using both FSC 8.6 and FS Build and if i have drifted off course like the one you describe in your initial post,it's usually down to flightplan not being created properly in the first place,make sure all boxes are checked were applicable when creating the plan,so my suggestion to you is...create a different plan,fly it...if ok great,try this one again and if it don't work back track to see were it possibly went wrong...and recheck my video tutorials on YouTube, to be honest we are now going around in circles and going nowhere.
As i said earlier,you now need to do some trouble shooting of your own to see if something is going amiss on your system,because some microsoft updates have caused issues when i have updated my system with FS..
I take it you are running the latest version of PFE as you never said.. ;)

Well, FSbuild does use different waypoints depending on altitude...
But the format seems OK right? So I guess really no adjustments are necessary, and I really have to manually put it in \pilots?
I did say I was using 2.14.0 ;). Twice even!

Manually into Pilots???

If you have it set up correctly you shouldn't have to do that,why are you doing this???

Because my PLNs are in documents\flight simulator files, and FS2000 reads from PFE\FS2000\pilots ;). Normally after convert that's where PFE puts the converted PLN too
