Hi Doug, Apologies for the delay in getting back to you, it's been a busy few days. Your last 'netstat' screen shot suggests to me that PF3 wasn't actually running at the time - the SYN_SENT message indicates that PF3 Display was trying to make a connection to port 1008, so the configuration seems OK (I see exactly the same on my system if I fire up PF3 Display without PF3 running). Could you perhaps try again and run the netstat command after you've started FS and connected PF3, but before you start PF3 Display? Then run netstat again after you start PF3 Display. Thanks, Martin |

The first image is the cmd prompt with p3d and pf3 running but not displayer. Second image is the cmd prompt with p3d, pf3 and displayer running. don't worry about the time. Thanks, Doug |

Hmm, if PF3 is running and connected to P3D when the first netstat command is run then any ports that PF3 has opened should be seen, certainly 1008. I'm a bit stumped now and need to have a bit more of a think about this one - leave it with me. Cheers, Martin |

Hi Doug, Do you use TeamViewer? If so would you like me to remote in to your pc and check out this problem? |

Hi Doug, The attached program will try to open a specific TCP port; enter the required port number and click 'Run Test'. It will then display the corresponding netstat output, filtered by Process Id - you can open several ports, one at a time, and will see output like this: It will display an error message if it's unable to open a particular port, so perhaps you could try running it for 1008, 1009 and 1010 as I have done. Clicking 'Finish' closes the program, but you will have to close the command windows yourself (sorry!). Hopefully this will give us a bit more of a clue as to what is happening for you. Martin |

OK, that looks good - I think you may need the assistance via Teamviewer that Dave has offered. Cheers, Martin |
