| I did 1 test immediately after the issue after changing a few settings. Can you see anything in there for the lack of voice? I get the MCE co-pilot but nothing from ATC only text. It was working before an update. Think I asked for IF Clearance and got only text back, and my co-pilot answered, I shut down after that as it was late. Will test again tonight |

| Hi Dave, if you get a chance to look at issue of no voice for at. That be great. I’ll try and get another flight in tonight and see what happens, last flight was no speech from Atc just text |

| Is this lack of ATC just started happening or has it always been like this? It looks like there may be a DirectX issue. Best thing to do would be download and install the DirectX for Managed Code runtimes, using THIS Link |

| Hi Dave Not it was working perfect in the demo, then I bought it and it worked perfect then I got an update and the voice stopped and got text only instructions |

| Not yet m8 as not at flight sim (wife’s home) I turned it on the other day and it said there was an update ready for pf3 so I installed it, then I noticed that I didn’t have voices no more. I’ll test it later tonight once I’ve done her “todo list”  |

| Hi Dave Installed the direct x via your link, restarted and still then same. I loaded flight plan, loaded my flight at Edinburgh, tuned to atis and got the text no voice still. I ran the pf3 validater and got this... Failed, 36710 missing / unregistered files, contact OnCourse I’ll backup my key file and try a reinstall. It’s strange as it did work once |

| Hi Dave I've zipped log folder, so you should be able to see the departure log from last night after the direct X was re-installed using your link as above. I was going to un-install and try again, but the link in the email has expired so I'm glad I checked first  Cheers Harry |
