I will try to get those tomorrow.
But first I will try to see if the problem was because I didn't exit PFE before doing a new flight

Squishy..
i've just done a brief flight with your Flightplan,no problems at all,built using FS Build2,tested with default 737-800,only thing happened was the aircraft did vere slightly off course,so i turned to intercept the course,checked vectors and was told i was on the airway once i was in the 5nm window,which is set on options 1 screen,flew for some distance didn't get nagged at all by ATC..

So you're saying you didn't even get the error while converting?

I'm using FSBUILD 2.4.0.18 with AIRAC 1203
I'm using PFE 2.14.0

I start FSBUILD and enter TNCC -> TNCM. I enter 37000 cruize alt. I choose export to FS2004/FSX. I press auto generate.
Fsbuild makes a TNCC-TNCM.PLN in my \Flight Simulator Files.
I open PFE -> FS9/FSX FPlan converter.
I select TNCC-TNCM.PLN and press convert FS FP TO PF2000;

Voila

Here is the .PLN:

(not sure why KABON is in there now.. edit: oh it's because before I selected EXCLUDE SID/STAR)

I will now try the flight again now that I exited PFE

What's with the short edit time? I also did build options > exclude SID/STAR. This will remove KABON and make the PLN like in my 1st post.
FS2000 does remove waypoints even when I didn't convert it. It removes PJG and ACORA from the plan generated by FSbuild (linked above) At least it's not in the .gps

So I'm now mid-air flying the same route with PFE and everything seems to be fine.
I think it was indeed because I did 2 flights without exiting PFE (weird problem??). I had a fspassengerx birdstrike that day and had to land immediately after T/O on TNCC. I redid the flight later but don't remember whether I turned off PFE/FSX before doing so.

Squishy,
so i take it all is okay for the time being then?

Do we chalk this one up to "User" error ;) then...

With PFE and FS,it's best to exit both programmes completely if you decide to change/alter/do a different flight etc,sometimes even re-boot your system to start a fresh flight to avoid conflicts(thats what i do)

I wouldn't call this a user error TBH. I don't think it's normal you have to exit PFE to prevent it from going bollocks. Disconnecting and reloading an ADV? Sure.. but exiting the program? Why?
(this would prevent anyone from landing, refueling and taking off with PFE....)

Btw I tried another FSB pln and it also wouldn't convert, btw.
When I use XML it does convert and work properly except the cruize alts get weird.

All i can say is something on your system maybe causing issues,as i said i created that Flightplan using FS Build without any errors.

Now you said you read some of the tutorials,suggest you watch mine for installing and configuring PFE incase something as gone amiss,because what you have described sounds like the contary...

Just to clarify: Did you try using the .PLN I posted earlier? If you use that PLN and press convert to FS2000, you don't get an error??

I entered TNCC and TNCM adjusted the altitude,let FS Build process it,submitted it to PFE for further processing,no errors at all...and that includes the flight
