I am unable to copy/paste the black box log. It only lets me hilight one line at a time. I have tried everything I could think off. do ypou have any ideas.

Just as a matter of interest,where have you installed FDC?

Default location or somewhere else..

I let the DVD load up automatic, but looking it's in C-drive/Programme Files(64)/Aerosoft/FDC

I think that could be your problem,uninstall FDC including any folders it leaves behind and manual install it to say C: drive,what i mean is just point the install to C: drive,it should install without any problems,follow any instructions it tells you...this could be the reason behind your problems

Dave is right, Vista and Win 7 are far too protective over the program files folder and can prevent a lot of programs from updating files etc.... You should even avoid installing fs into c:\program files

Sorry Dave not sure what u mean as its already in c:drive.

Never let the the installer automatically install to the default location of C:Program Files,with some programs it is best to install into a different folder/location.
I have FDC installed to C:
I was asked to create a new folder which i did....I called it FDC
The installer was pointed to that location and installed it!!
So...what you need to do is...click start/computer/click on C (local disk) or whatever you have called it....
You will see alot of folders:Program Files,Program Files (x86) and so on...
In that list click, on New folder (at the very top) and call it FDC or whatever you prefer....
Now when you install the disk,after you have entered all the registration details and you click to continue,you will need to manually browse for the folder you have created in C drive,as mentioned above,once found then let the installer run...and as with most programs,turn off AV and Firewall and you don't need to be connected to the net either...
Hope this helps you sort out the problem...

Hi Dave,

Well I done what you suggested and still not working. I tried it on the 747-200 from the FDC list had Auto 1 set, and still after the 3 initial checklist. I still have to press Ctrl+Space bar to active the Taxi check when it should automatically come on after my time set. Before TO checks worked on its own so thants good, but then after TO I had to hit Ctrl+Spacebar. The Cabin crew announcements work ok. Also still the voice check sound doesn't work. I think I am going to have to just keep hitting Ctrl+Spacebar when flying.

Still I think it's a great product and will keep using it regardless.
