Try with one if the default aircraft, if it works ok then it must be a compatibility issue

Well it wouldn't do it for any aircraft default or not. What i did was reinstalled the whole thing and the found out when Norton was turning back on it was deleting the files that was needed. After uninstalling and then reinstalling then telling Norton to leave the files alone it will now follow the line. The pre display and taxi guidance all work also.
