Yes, I will. I only get this once every week or two and I haven't worked out what might be the common thread, but I will send the log immediately it happens next time.

The only 'complication' is that I am emigrating to Thailand (for my job) in two weeks - if it doesn't happen before I go, then there might be a few months delay before I get my PC shipped and set up again!

Just got the O-F-F-F callout and have paused the flight to post log file. It happened during BEFORE PB CHECKS, callout = "Auto Pilot -- Set & Off" - the last word is then spelled out with three 'F''s..
