You can use an external Partiton program on the net that is free,or use windows 7 version for creating a partition..
Uninstall FDC using control panel/program features...
Reinstall FDC into your new partition..

| On your Hardrive can you create another partion (take some space from "C" drive,say about 20gigs and then call it Whatever and label it...
