Sorry I didn't explain very well... if you have PF3 running on a client using Wideclient you might be using the keyboard attached to that pc, in which case you would need to have the Wideclient window at the front with focus. If you're using the keyboard attached to your FS pc then yes, you need MSFS at the front.

If you get the same problem again I would suggest you save the wide client log plus the other logs you showed me earlier and report to the FSUIPC team... they should be able to help a lot more than I can with this particular situation

Tried without any add-on, and the problem keeps the same.
So already after reading the last message, tried on the FSUIPC forum.

Posted on FSUIPC, and he already solved the problem. He made a new exe in minutes.

Hmm, that's weird, I'm also using FSUIPC7 v7.4.4 and don't have any issues with Hotkeys.

Hmm, that's weird, I'm also using FSUIPC7 v7.4.4 and don't have any issues with Hotkeys.

I am also having this issue since updating to FSUIPC 7.4.4

However, I just updated Yesterday, 23 January 2024, and the last update on the FSUIPC website downloads shows it was updated 21 January 2024. So then I already have the latest which was supposed to include a fix? Yet, my hotkeys in PF3 continue to not work.

You need to report this to the FSUIPC forum. Are you also using WideClient?

I understand that not everyone had the problem (that's a good thing), but it is possible to confirm on the FSUIPC forum that I wasn't the only one, although, it seems that there are only few.
Glad it was possible to put the exe on this forum also.

The hotkeys are working again with the attachment posted above.

I also found the attachment in a forum post within FSUIPC for MSFS -- the version attached had not been released public at the time I was looking at the downloads section.
