| I think the easiest bet is to reinstall, ensuring you stop all other program (including your anti virus) and run the installer with elevated administrator rights (right click the EXE and select 'Run as Administrator'). After that do the same with the cumulative updates from this forum. Then restart your AV and configure it to exclude PF3 folders / sub-folders from it's scans. |

| OK Dave, Did a clean install as you suggested and have done a couple of flights since then without any recurrence of the issues I was having regularly before so it looks like I am sorted Thanks for your help |
